Compatibility

Can I purchase an extra set of legs for my Solo Ryzer and convert it to a Corner Ryzer?

Currently, we do not sell individual parts for our Ryzer standing desks. For more information, please feel free to contact our customer service representatives at sales@progressivedesk.com

Can the Corner Ryzer be used as a Solo Ryzer temporarily until I find more space?

The Corner Ryzer cannot be used as a Solo Ryzer at this time. The control box it comes with will detect an error if only two out of three legs are connected, and the desk will not function without that third!

Can I use Progressive Desk Remotes with third-party control boxes?

We cannot guarantee that our remotes will work with third-party control systems. The pin-outs of the ports may differ from one company to another.

Can I use Progressive Desk remotes with my third-party standing desk?

Our Progressive Desk Remotes do not work with other third-party standing desks.

Troubleshooting

How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Ryzer?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display

4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display

4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release

2. Hold the M you see [555]

3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk, as we have to enter the reset procedure

2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1], and you may see two values:

a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode

b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode

4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

How do I change the collision detection sensitivity?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure

2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:

a. 10.5 = 22 lbs

b. 10.6 = 33 lbs

c. 10.7 = 55 lbs

4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

My remote is showing an error code on the display? What should I do?

Solid desk stand

The Solo Ryzer is heavy and well-made. Even when fully raised on a flat floor, the stand does not wobble. Instructions were also good. Highly recommended for those who need to put weighted items on top of a solid table (e.g. several computer items, monitors). I also have an Ikea standing desk at home, and this one is a level above in terms of performance and stability. Well done!

My perfect standup desk - Epoxy Blue

The fancy tabletop of Epoxy Blue has gotten rave reviews by observers. I really like it. I plan to maintain a "clean desk" policy to prevent covering the nice tabletop (e.g. filing away unused documents; getting organizers in desk drawers). To this end, I plan to purchase a small 2-cabinet desk drawer beneath the standing desk to hide items. A happy camper!!

Amazing desk

I'm really happy about my new desk. I bought the corner riser frame and fitted on an Ikea corner too I already had. Installation was easy. The frame is very well built and has nice attention to details. Operation is very smooth. I highly recommend.

I purchased a 5ft x30 for my office. It sturdy, impressed with quality everything fit and works great. Beautiful finish. Easy to put together without reading the instructions. Very nice addition to my work space. Motors are fast and quiet.

Never Received Product

Progressive Desk shopped desk base within 24 hours. That’s a positive! Shipper picks up in Delta, BC, keeps in Burnaby Dock for 4 days then instead of shipping to Vancouver Island (80>90 KM away) ships to Lachîne, Quebec (some 3000K from destination) but unable to track!?
Never received any product from Progressive Desk except emails and RMA. Understand new product ordered, no information on any deliveries.
