How do I set the maximum/minimum heights for my Ryzer?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model that you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

To set the maximum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the UP button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [999] on the display

4. The maximum height has now been set

To set the minimum height for your Ryzer, go to the desired height you would like to set and follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display

2. Press the DOWN button and notice [5 -] blinks

3. Hold the M button until you see [000] on the display

4. The minimum height has now been set

To reset the limits, follow the steps below:

1. Press M and see [5 -] indicated on the display and release

2. Hold the M you see [555]

3. Limits have been reset

I have to hold down the remote buttons to get to my pre-set height. Is there a way to do this with only one press?

NOTE: The steps below may vary depending on the remote model you have. The following instructions were made for the standard RT-11 remote.

If you have to hold down the remote’s buttons to get to your pre-set height, this means that your control box is in momentary control. To set your remote to non-momentary mode, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk, as we have to enter the reset procedure


  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]


  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold down [1], and you may see two values:


     a. 10.1 = Non-momentary Mode


     b. 10.2 = Momentary Mode


  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises. 

How do I change the collision detection sensitivity?

Our standing desks have 3 settings for collision detection, and this can be set depending on your preference. To proceed, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure that there is nothing underneath your desk as we have to enter the reset procedure

  2. Press and hold the DOWN button until the display shows [ASr]

  3. Once [ASr] is shown, press and hold the UP [ ^ ] button and you may see three values:

    a. 10.5 = 11 lbs

    b. 10.6 = 22 lbs

    c. 10.7 = 33 lbs

  4. Complete the reset procedure by holding the DOWN button until your standing desk slightly lowers and rises.

Great quality, I was worried that this tabletop could get damaged during shipping as I ordered the 30”x72” top. The product arrived with no issue as it was packaged very well. Super easy to install on the solo riser as all the holes are pre-drilled. Highly recommend buying this item. The 15 year warranty was also very attractive as this shows that they stand behind their products.

I spent a ridiculous amount of time shopping for an L shaped standing desk. Quality options are rare even in high price ranges. I was concerned about the sturdiness of this one but it's top tier quality build. Every piece is quite heavy. The medium density board is not going to brittle, and it is fully wrapped so no glued finish layer will come off over time like particle boards.

The engine is silent. The assembly was a lot more simple than I expected.

My L shaped desk only had 3 legs, 2 adjustable frames and 3 corner pieces to screw together. The only downside is you definitely need a drill because even with pre pierced boards there are a couple screws you need to drill in yourself. It's not complicated and very clear where you screw them, but despite the manual saying you should use a screwdriver, there is no way you are piercing the medium density boards without a drill.

I saw some reviews saying assembly was hard. I think they improved it because some parts came already assembled so some steps are already "done". Unboxing, reading and assembling took me 3 hours by myself.

Quality is far superior in person than what it seemed online. Assembly is much easier than expected. That thing will last a lifetime, provided the motor lasts too.

-Reasonable assembly - a few screws took some effort, but overall not bad.
-Quiet & controlled motors

-I would have liked some integrated cable management for the motor cables. Temporarily zip-tied to the rails for now.
